Quality at Sai Deepa Rock Drills Pvt. Ltd. is a way of life. Our quality control measures begin at the initial stage of acquiring raw materials such as Alloy Steel, T.C. Buttons, Seamless Tubes, etc. Apart from this, we have a mechanism of "quality inspection" whereby all our products are checked by a team of quality experts and industrial experts during the production process.

We have a team of engineers and technocrats who create products in tandem with the latest technology. The high-tech labs at our production unit are backed by highly trained and dedicated team of professionals who ensure that our products are at par with the international standards.

Infrastructure

We are empowered by a modern infrastructure comprising of a team of experienced and skilled engineers, technicians and a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant. Sai Deepa Rock Drills Pvt. Ltd. is being led by two visionaries, Mr. N. Ranga Rao and Mr. P. Suresh, who have acquired a vast experience in the concerned field. The technology employed in the processing and manufacture of the end products has been integrated in the most professional manner so that quality standards are not compromised and they meet global standards. We make use of the following machinery in our manufacturing process:-

• 100 ton Hydraulic Forging Presses

• Centreless Grinding Machines.

We are also supported by a fully equipped metallurgical and chemical laboratory.

Our hi-tech machines enable us to execute bulk orders, as we have a monthly production capacity of 1000 pieces of Down the Hole Button Bits, 400 pieces of Pneumatic Hammers and 1250 Extension Equipments, DTH Bits and Drifter Bits. The knowledge and experience that we possess in the import and export business ensures hassle free shipments and clearances by the authorities. We are based in Hyderabad, a major industrial hub of southern India and hence, we are well connected to the national highways and other major cities.
